1. Service-Based Nature
Our services—including website development, sales funnel setup, paid advertising (Meta/Facebook Ads), SEO, and strategy consultation—are intangible and customized based on individual client needs. As such, refunds are generally not applicable once a project or service has been initiated.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Project Kickoff:If you cancel your service before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund, deducting administrative or consultation fees already incurred.
After Project Start:If the project is already in progress, no refund will be provided as our team has already committed resources and time.
Ongoing Services (e.g., Ads Management):You may request cancellation with 7 days’ written notice. Billing will stop after the current cycle ends. No partial refunds will be issued for days unused.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:
If the service was not delivered as agreed in the written contract.
If there was a technical failure or internal error on our part that prevented delivery.
If your payment was made more than once by mistake, the duplicate amount will be refunded upon request.
4. No Refunds Will Be ProvidedIf:
You change your mind after the project begins.
You fail to communicate or provide the required content/materials.
The delay or dissatisfaction is caused due to reasons not under our control.
You fail to utilize the service within the stipulated time frame.

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment after reviewing your case.
